6 Days Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga — Overview
A balanced 6-day Morocco itinerary linking the south to the north: cross the High Atlas (Tizi n’Tichka), visit Ait Benhaddou and the Todgha Gorges, ride camels over the Erg Chebbi dunes to a desert camp in Merzouga, then slow down with 2 nights in Fes for a deeper medina experience. Continue to the blue lanes of Chefchaouen for one night, then visit Casablanca (Hassan II Mosque area) before your return to Marrakech — or choose to finish in Casablanca.

Itinerary — 6 Days / 5 Nights
Pick-up in Marrakech. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka with scenic stops.
Visit Ait Benhaddou, continue via Ouarzazate to the valleys region (Dades/Tinghir).
Dinner & overnight in a hotel.
Morning stroll inside the Todgha Gorges. Drive to Merzouga,
sunset camel trek across Erg Chebbi to your Sahara camp. Dinner around the fire & starry sky.
Sunrise on dunes (optional). After breakfast, depart via the Ziz Valley.
Photo stops near cedar forests/Ifrane area (if time), then arrive in Fes.
Evening at leisure in the medina. Overnight in Fes.
Full day to explore Fes medina (local guide optional):
tanneries, madrasas, artisan quarters, panoramic viewpoints. Overnight again in Fes.
Scenic drive to the Blue City. Free time to wander blue alleys and viewpoints.
Sunset photos. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Transfer to Casablanca (Hassan II Mosque area stop/photo). Continue to
Marrakech for drop-off or choose to finish in Casablanca.
