This popular 3 days desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga crosses the High Atlas via Tizi n'Tichka, explores Ait Benhaddou and Ouarzazate film studios, winds through Rose Valley (Kelaat M'Gouna) and Dades, then reaches Todgha Gorges before arriving to Merzouga Erg Chebbi for a sunset camel ride and a night in a Sahara camp. You can add an optional Day 4 for a 4×4 desert tour, visit a Gnawa village, meet a local Rahal (camel man), and return to Marrakech.

Itinerary — 3 Days (+ Optional 4th Day)
Morning pick-up in Marrakech. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n'Tichka with panoramic stops.
Guided visit of Ait Benhaddou. Continue to Ouarzazate for an exterior visit/photo stop at the film studios.
Drive through the Rose Valley to Boumalne Dades. Dinner & overnight in a Dades hotel.
After breakfast, explore Dades viewpoints and continue to Todgha (Toudgha) Gorges for a short walk.
Head toward the Sahara via Rissani. Arrival to Merzouga for a sunset camel ride over Erg Chebbi dunes, dinner
and desert camp overnight.
Sunrise in the dunes and breakfast. Return transfer back to Marrakech with scenic stops for photos and lunch.
Drop-off at your hotel/riad in the evening.
Extend your stay with a 4×4 circuit around Erg Chebbi, visit a live Gnawa music village,
meet a local Rahal (camel nomad), enjoy tea and photo stops. Afternoon drive back to Marrakech.
